Healthy Algae Salt

A Norwegian brown algae has received significant attention as an attractive natural salt replacement for bakery because of its fat-busting property. In recently published research, the algal powder has been linked to reducing abdominal fat and lowering triglycerides in humans. In a test with pizza dough they replaced 50% of the salt by powder of this brown algal resulting in no taste impact.
